Hisa IS awsm. Brilliant but conniving, big-hearted but cheeky, it’s no surprise many love her and the way she pushes her subordinates’ in the right direction with her words alone. She’s definitely got the authority ;). Shizu-sama has really mastered student council (or “congress” in this case) president roles down pat. I don’t think I would have adored Hisa this much too if it wasn’t for Itou. :)
And yes, I’m liking Mihoko more and more too. There’s something appealing about oneesan(s) who play nice at first then stab you in the back later. But of course, she is genuinely a nice person. Heterochromia with amazing powers is WIN! Cheesy as it might be. :D
