Kuroko just space-jumped to the top of my ladder of respect for her. Nothing beats watching a brute getting pwned by a middle school girl. And yes, I do prefer if “quick wits” play a part in the win. ;)

No matter how stereotypical this development is, it never ceases to amuse me. Mad props to Kuroko for grinning over the fact that her act was witnessed by others. One of the aspects I love about her is the way she likes to twist reasoning to get things done her way (such as during the scene when Mikoto offered to share her crêpe). And self-narration 4TW!! d(￣▽￣)

You’re one to talk, Kuroko.

Harumi makes for another one of the more interesting characters if only for her deadpan faces and lack of self-awareness. This is the first time I’ve seen any female who is comfortable stripping in public due to an obvious environmental situation…that and without any hidden agenda.

Flag triggered! Too bad we won’t get to see any further exploration on this until maybe Volume 3.

This Manga is swiftly becoming my favorite of the year. Mikoto is ♥. Oyaji Kuroko is ♥ ♥!! Now if only they could turn it into an animated series…
